MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE SCANNING INSTRUCTIONS

If possible, use a proper scanner. Output: PDF (without OCR).

If you do not have easy access to a scanner, you can send a high-quality picture. (Scanning Instructions)

If you are sending a picture.

1. The entire certificate must appear in the frame.
   
   
2. It must be as flat as possible.
   
   
3. The picture should be taken straight on, not at an angle, in focus, with no shadows, and at a high resolution, such that it is clear when zoomed in.

These requirements are necessary because I must convert the image to a PDF to file with the court.

When sending the scan/picture, do not insert the certificate into the body of the email. You must send it as an attachment. Read Scanning Instructions for more!
